In order to beat the heat (with the added benefit of greater physical distancing), we switched to a 6PM Saturday vigil Mass in English & a 9AM misa en Español on Sunday. Lectors Nickey & Kellie are followed by Father Michael asking, “Who is Jesus to you?”, then concelebration with Padre Ivanildo.     Thank you to Nickey Sawyer for taking photos on this very hot day.   These beautiful flowers were given by Hendrix’ family to celebrate his birthday. See also the industrial strength sanitizing & disinfecting equipment we got for the chairs & the church.    |
