Welcome to St. Nicholas Parish Hall — a versatile event space located in the heart of Encino’s Miracle Mile, right along the well-known Ventura Boulevard. Our hall provides a blank canvas where your vision can come to life! Accommodating everything from small, intimate gatherings to large celebrations.

Whether you’re planning a wedding, baby shower, quinceañera, birthday party, small reception, luncheon, or any special event, our Parish hall is here to make your occasion memorable and convenient.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes.  Licensed caterers and vendors are welcome.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes. Beer and wine are permitted under our alcohol policy. Liquor requires a licensed bartender.
Is setup time included?
No. Setup time is separate from your event time. You must do your own set-up
  • Saturdays: Setup begins at 9:00 AM.
  • Fridays: Setup begins at 4:00 PM.
Is parking included? 
Yes. Our private parking lot is included with your rental.
Is cleaning included?
Yes. General post-event cleaning is included. Renters are responsible for removing decorations and leaving the kitchen clean.

Friday Events  
$1,800.00 

   Includes:
  • 6 hours of event time
  • Setup beginning at 4:00 PM
  • Event must conclude by 12:00 Midnight

Saturday Events

Includes:
  • 7 hours of event time
  • Setup can begin at 9:00 AM-2:00pm
  • Event must conclude by 11:30 PM
  • Property must be vacated by 12:30 AM

Campus Policies

  • No smoking anywhere on church property (smoking permitted only on the public sidewalk).
  • No glass containers.
  • Security personnel are present throughout every event.
  • The church reserves the right to remove disruptive guests or end an event if necessary.
